I visited on 31 July 2019 to pick up a prescription. A dark haired woman came to the counter to serve me, then saw a woman filling in a least half a dozen prescription forms. I was then ignored whilst the member of Boots staff watched the woman filling in all these forms then took them away with her. Finally another member of staff came to serve me. This took about one tenth of the time I'd been waiting already. Terrible service I won't be back!
