        The environment created by the coaches and the people who use this gym makes it feel like a home away from home I would strongly argue that this is the best gym in the North East in terms of quality of equipment and the level of coaching available

        Not only a top notch professional set up but the coaches are the best knowledgeable individuals I have met. The vibe is always a fun energetic one, there is never a boring session and the wods are original and testing. The best box I have been to by far.
