        Into my second year at Serentiy Fitness and still going strong It's addictive doing exercise. Now with the introduction of pilates there's another strong to Serenity's bow. As usual the coaching team are excellent and the quality of their service is brilliant. I highly recommend it thanks everyone

        Serenity gym and its trainers make working out an amazing friendly place to train with the added bonus of Anne and Tys instructuon to suit your abilities. Always mixing up the programmes to keep us on our toes.The added bonus of Pilates classes with Annes expert coaching and focus. Ive been a member fir just over a year and love working out with tge amazing guys who give it their all.
