Cant even a assign you one person to work with you Ive gone through 3 workers and now being assigned the 4th yes 4th in one year and 2 months my latest worker stated theyve had a change around because of covid people with autism and people who hate change they think theyre clever doing this no wonder people dont like them. Saying because I referred myself to a course to help me write a cv I cant get my travel expenses paid I had to be referred through them yet when they call you to check On you you dont get told these things big mistake on their behalf

I have two Ukranian refugees staying with me. We have visited the job centre three times now. Each time they have been treated with dignity and respect, and understanding of their plight. The staff have, without exception, been knowlegeable and clear in their explainations. They have been kind, friendly, sympathetic, patient and careful . To my guests, who have experienced (and continue to experience) trauma this has been most reassuring and a great relief for them, especially to see a smiling faces from the moment we entered the building to the moment we left. Thank you Blaydon Job Centre.

Staff were ignorant. When I walked in I didn't have a clue who I needed to speak to and not one member of staff and if I needed any help. Even when I finally managed to get some help the guy was ride and uninterested.
