Took my money but left job half done. The work they had done was a really poor standard. I had to get it sorted out by another company. I'm surprised by the good reviews on here, and convinced they must've got their friends or family to write them. Will be reporting them. Looks like they also own Electrical Solutions and Solar Solutions.

Cannot get anyone to come out to look at the job... 3 phone calls to 3 different receptionists and still nothing

Toilet and bathroom replacement started on 26th March 2019. It was suppose to take 7days. The joiner smashed the new toilet seat while doing pipe work. They arrange to fit a new one and after numerous attempts to contact Heat Solutions I have had no reply. The painter has splashed paint over the toilet, sink and radiator. The putty he used to seal the window did not seal. He also forgot to seal the wall where the pipe was put in for the sink so there is a hole in my wall and a draft coming in from outside. The putty he did manage to seal the window with eventually cracked. He came back to rectify this however there is still paint splashed and a hole in my wall as it was rushed and he had another job at 8.30am so left withing half an hour. After numerous phone calls trying to track the workers down, the manager eventually came out and promised that he would rectify all the work. I haven't heard from him. It is now July 2019 and I am still in the same situation. They have been paid for the work and basically took off. Good luck!

Whilst busy in neighnours property. Which was empty at the time. They have had no regard for others living on either side. From 8am they have been noisy, mostly with loud music and shouting to each other. This is the first day. I hope it wont go on next week.
