Steve came out to us when our boiler had stopped working. He worked tirelessly to try and fix it. We already knew a new boiler was necessary so rather than fix the current boiler we opted for a new one. Steve sourced everything for us and fitted the new boiler and chemically washed the whole system. A few older house quirks popped up and Steve worked around them. He has been a joy to have in our house and the children are already saying they miss him. He is professional as well as being kind, and he answers every question you ask, even the stupid ones! The cost was what you would expect for a new boiler - expensive (because boilers are expensive) but worth every penny!!
