From our first phone call through to our first meeting with John and then on the day of my Dad's funeral, R S Johnson & Sons helped and advised us through the whole process. They were totally supportive without being intrusive. John travelled to Newcastle to arrange the funeral advising us of what was required. He arranged contact with Graeme, the Humanist who provided a personal service. The funeral itself went smoothly with support from John and his colleagues in a caring manner which made the sad and difficult day manageable. The aftercare service continues to be caring and professional. They have provided a first class service from start to finish.

Johnsons Funeral Directors, Spring Villas Jarrow, looked after our family really well after our mother passed. John the funeral director and staff were very helpful. Carly, the receptionist went the extra mile with only 2 days to go before the funeral, Carly sourced us a Remembrance Book for people to write in at the wake. She put a lot of thought into the cover of this book that was unique to our late mother. Thank you

A Professional service from start to finish. Id never thought I would have to plan a funeral but after my mum passed of brain cancer I seen a logistics nightmare ahead of me I didnt even know where to start. John from R.S Johnsons guided me through the process from start to finish he recommended certain things and double and tripple checked that I was happy with the arrangements. My mums service was perfect and the Humanist (non Religious service) was amazing he contacted me and members of my family and asked questions about mum from when she was young all the way through to her last days. The service was like a walk down memory lane, The coffin looked amazing and my mum was given the respect and the send of she deserved. I Highly recommend this company as there professional and caring from the 1st phone call all the way to the end. Thankyou to John at R.S J and Michael the humanist service spokesman for everything.
