Tynedale helped me organise and deal with my fathers funeral. Everything was explained in a clear compassionate manner making what was a very dificult time for me a lot easier to deal with. I felt supported throughout. Thank you.

Tynedale arranged my Uncle's funeral which happened on Friday 17 February 2023. From our first call to Molly ,to inform her of the death, to the collection staff. We were handled with respect, care and kindness. My Uncle was taken into their care, he was handled with love and respect. Mark was fantastic, in arranging the funeral and handled our needs with care, respect and humour. Throughout, we were kept informed of every detail, all our wishes were catered for. On the day of the funeral Tynedale staff and cars were immaculate and on time, great respect was shown to my Uncle with Mark lowering his head in respect and walking in front of the hearse was a nice touch. The day ran smoothly with Mark looking after us as a family and as individuals. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Mark and his team are impeccable and can't do enough to make sure the grief you are going through is made easier knowing that they take all the burden away from you to arrange everything for you . As a family we cannot praise the staff at Tynedale enough. From start to finish they were compassionate, professional and efficient. No detail is overlooked, no matter how small and if something is important to the family it is important to Mark and the team. Thank you for your kindness.
