Total Traffic Management have a dangerous installation in operation, with multiple NEAR-FATALITIES as a direct result of their decisions (only averted with people jumping out of the way of vehicles) and when this is brought to their attention it would appear they just don't care! Based on the evidence below, what do you make of the situation? The operatives on site agree it's dangerous but refuse to do anything unless they are told to by management. Speaking to Hannah at Head Office, she told me "there is no management of any kind at Head Office" (which just makes her look stupid and paints an interesting picture of exactly just what does happen at the office). The regional manager (Kevin Lyons) just ignored my voice messages and never returned my call. The operatives on site say it's the council highways department that won't let them change anything, but the council highways department says that is "utter rubbish" and told the company to sort it out (but several days later they have not). It appears they just don't care how many children get killed at their pedestrian crossing, even though a simple change could make things better.
