Sent an old pair of SCARPA boots back for resoling. Detailed and very thorough note back on overall condition which included another potential issue with Gore-Tex lining resulting from long use and natural wear and tear, not the product from Jack in after sales. I was presented with options of resole or significant discount on a new pair. Quick exchange of emails over next two days and I decided that both the product quality and after sales service meant that I would buy a new pair and get the old pair resoled. Excellent service, thoroughly recommend.

This is some of the very best customer service that I have ever experienced - and I've lived a long time! I sent back some Scarpa boots to be looked at for repair - a bit of the stitching at the toe-cap was coming away and I was worried it would get worse. Not only have they replaced the boots (they said it was a defect), they said that creases on the boot gave some indication that they were a bit big for me (volume, not length) and recommended volume reducers - with links to where I could buy them etc. This is definitively going the extra mile - bravo to Jack and the Mountain Boot Company.

Outstanding service in identifying an age related problem with Scarpa boots then having soles replaced at reduced cost, having provided prepaid label for me to return them. Could not have been more helpful. Highly recommended.

Outstanding customer service regarding a pair of Scarpa boots that had seams lifting. A proper evaluation of the boots was carried out and a detailed explanation was given as to why the boots were not suitable for the my hiking routine. Different boots were recommended and a good will Discount offered. Would recommend as this company know what they're talking about.

Well lot of companies could learn from you, from the first communication to solving my leaking boot issue, you went above and beyond my expectations. Until now I have only experienced your Scarpa walking boots. Due to your impeccable customer service I will now experience your trail running shoes as I switch brands. If only Scarpa did shoes for all occasions and activities I wouldn't need to go anywhere else :-). Thank you
