The Chocolate Smiths Ltd

The chocolate and the customer service are both fantastic! The flavours they do are different and moreish, especially the Coffee and Stroopwafel. I've still got the Cinnamon Roll bar which I'm excited to try. The bars always taste fresh and the fillings are always the perfect level of gooey. Onto the customer service - they're transparent about the current order turnaround time and the staff are very friendly. I emailed that my order was a gift (one of their services) and once the email was seen/responded to (3 days later) it was prioritised. I can't fault the service at all. If you love chocolate, you should a bsolutely support this small business! You won't be disappointed.

It was definitely worth the wait, the chocolate is outstanding it leaves a want for more and to get that very satisfying crunch of breaking through the chocolate into the amazing flavoursome center, I had the Peanut Clutter Bizarre Bar, Cranachan Bizarre Bar and 'The Golden Eggs' Easter Eggs. Peanut Clutter was so crunchy and left that amazing sticky peanut butter taste. The Cranachan, had that whisky hit I wanted and tasted like Scotland. The Golden Eggs, the crunch into the gooey centre which was a flavour sensation and I could have eaten 1000 and still wanted more! Just do your taste buds a favour and try it for yourself

I always love supporting independent business and this company stands for so many good things. The coffee and stroop waffle bar in particular was my favourite and I had been worried incase I found it too sweet but it was delicious. Tanned the whole thing in one go! Will be ordering again for sure :)

Wow the products are actually incredible. We got the golden eggs filled with caramel and biscoff and Ive never tasted anything quite like it. True Charlie n the chocolate factory moment.

Wow I have died and gone to chocolate heaven today I received the sticky toffee pudding bars and the golden egg oh my goodness they were both delicious good quality chocolate and taste amazing lovely packaging will definitely be ordering again
