Absokutely appalling service. Woukd never recommend anyone to use this florist. In response to your below reply I called your shop on Saturday and explained that i needed an urgent order for a large casket spray and funeral flowers. 2 members of staff told me they were too busy to take my order as the next day was Mothers Day - I completely understood. However, I was absolutely assured if I rang Monday you would discuss all the requirements for the casket spray/funeral flowers and ensure they would be ready for delivery the following day - Tuesday - despite my concern regarding the time frame. On the Monday, I rang several times and got no answer. There was no message giving any explanation for the unanswered calls or a call diversion. We found a mobile number and rang at different times - no response. We sent a WhatsApp and you finallly responded stating you had decided not to open the shop that day, Monday, as you had ran out of flowers the previous day. I asked if I could call you and you replied that you were busy and that i should call the shop the following morning. I sent a message, reminding you of our conversation the previous Saturday and stating how disappointed I was and how this had left me in a very difficult situation, considering the nature/urgency of the order. At this point you then responded claiming you were unavailable as you were sorting funeral flowers for another family. I did indeed block you. I now had very little time to find an alternative florist and could see no point in further communicating with you.
