I believe this place has given me food poisoning from the pizza I ordered. When seeking to discuss this with them they were extremely defensive and didn't want to resolve or acknowledge the problem. Passing me back to the takeaway website I ordered through. Environmental health informed. Probably best avoid this place.

Placed our order around 10ish. Delivery was a pain. Couldn't contact the driver. Had to contact the shop and they relayed it to the driver for whatever reason. When it eventually arrived it was the complete wrong order. Driver was ridiculous. Turned up close to 12 beeping his horn outside the house after I was walking about outside for 15 mins trying to find him. Then when we contacted the shop about the wrong order they said they'd pick our order up from Blaydon where it was delivered and bring it to us. It would have been opened and freezing cold not to mention the germs anyone remember covid??. Finally got it resent and it was cold, soggy and not worth eating. Contacted just eat and got a refund. This place has clearly been taken over since the last time we ordered and I wish I checked the reviews before we decided on buying from here. You can have the best takeaway but if the driver is that bad you don't stand a chance. Won't ever order again and I'd advise others not to either. Plenty of of other takeaways with efficient drivers that aren't rude and incompetent. Made out it was our fault. How hard can it be to read a ticket and hand over the correct order. Other takeaways do it. SACK THE DRIVER!
