        Disturbing Tried to deal with boss. Very slow using modern technology whilst waiting to set him up as supplier we ordered a small supply of bolts from another company. Tried to explain that to him. He completely lost the plot incredibly unprofessional quite irrational attitude and lost a regular supply contract with us.

        Had small bolts couldn't find elsewhere. Would recommend for those doing maker projects or anything specialised outside of home DIY. Great price and service. Enthusiastic and athletic dog also present, as an added bonus.

        Went to buy a clip, yes A clip. They had them in stock but was told they were 50p each and there was a minimum spend of 5 so I'd have to buy 10 of them. I offered 1 for one but they refused. I'm not aware of any business that refuses cash especially at twice the price of the item but Tyne Tees fasteners certainly did so sorry that's me done with this company.
