        Manager was loud and rude to the staff, you could tell it wasn't a nice environment to work in. The guy on the front desk was lovely and cannot be faulted but the managers attitude really needs checked. Went back a second time to give it a go through the drive through, service was quick but out of 9 nuggets that I ordered I got 5 lukewarm ones. If you want fast food go to the KFC next door.

        The 5 star is due to your member of staff James. After my 4 year old son had a meltdown he went over and above to make him happy. He also never stopped cleaning and running around. Really nice to see good customer service still exists. Thank you James

        This McDonalds seems to think it is standard practice to park people to fix their response numbers than to actually provide a fast service. Regularly over half of their car park are people waiting for their drive through order. With people often overflowing into disabled bays. Their process really needs looked at.
