        Fantastic service asked for fabric samples they arrived promptly, ordered two chairs again good delivery, asked for arm covers and a foot stool all made to order in right fabric. Thoroughly recommend.

        Terrible service. I asked for a sample of fabric from Beaumont Fabrics in Jarrow through Ebay and it didn't arrive. Asked again and the nice ladies said it would be ordered again, When it still didn't come I sent a message asking why it hadn't come. The reply was far from professional and apparently they had blocked me from replying through Ebay. This is the reply I had from John at Beaumont. "Let's get a few things straight, you didn't 'order' anything from us, you requested a FREE sample which we've been good enough to send for free numerous times!!! We won't be sending anymore. Perhaps it's you who need the light shed on your on end of this transaction Mrs Charters, either that or find yourself another patchwork quilt supplier. You'll find yourself unable to contact us again as you've been added to our blocked buyer list. We would prefer not to deal with people like yourself." John beaumontfabrics A simple, we have sent it twice and you should have received it by now would have sufficed. Appalling service.
