        Richard and the whole team at Impack provided the merchandise for BSides Lancashire. We had a lot of changes and a lot of edits were needed, but the team worked to ensure amazing customer service throughout. We also had a tight timescale, but nothing was too much of a problem for the team. Tight timescales, lots of changes - you would think this could have affected quality? Nope - the quality of the products they made were commented on by all of our attendees - they were fabulous.
