This is the first company that gave me a reasonable quote for the replacement of a complex roof. Jonny kept in contact with me throughout. The team sent worked so hard. The job was completed much quicker than I expected considering it was done during winter conditions. Im over the moon with my new roof, we can already tell the difference in temperature in the flat. We recently had a full roof replacement with this company. They were excellent from start to finish. Communication was good, materials delivered promptly, they stuck to the agreed start times (3 weeks from quote to starting the job). The staff on the job worked hard and were respectful of the environment. I asked for some additional work to be carried out mid job and they obliged and were flexible. I cannot praise North East Contractors highly enough. We got a new ensuite bedroom built over the garage and new roof. Our extension was not a straight forward build, it was a really awkward shape with no rear access so not an easy job. Jonny & the team were amazing throughout, turned up early every single day & were really respectful to us as we lived in the house throughout, so work was kept outside until it was necessary to knock through. They made sure the house was accessible for me to get babies in buggies in/out everyday! I cannot believe how quickly the work was done, not because it was rushed but because there was a big team there day in day out - all really nice lads. It started at the start of June and was ready to decorate by mid august. The quality of the work is incredible, they were happy to change things along the way when I changed my mind about wall or shelf locations etc. The team were really honest in their suggestions of what would work best for the space. Any snagging has not been an issue for them to come back and sort straight away. Jonny is great for communication, any questions have been answered straight away and you can feel that he genuinely takes pride in his teams work.
