        Can I congratulate you on your efficiency and completing work on time keeping in touch with me by text of progress even texting me dead on 2pm when you said it would be back on your customer service. And care excellent I've had a bad day and dreaded struggling to get internet on but I was amazed on delighted when I got back to my flat in sheltered housing scheme it hadn't even crashed brillent you're the tops you were working in Pontefract West Yorkshire thank you
