        Had heard good things about this website so was keen to buy from them when I realised they were a local company but was sadly disappointed. Dress wasnt anything like the image on the website and still waiting a refund for items I purchased 27th Oct and they received back into their warehouse 3rd Nov. Dont know any website that takes so long, wont be re-ordering in a hurry

        My dress arrived for a Christening and it looked absolutely nothing like the photo. Extremely poor quality, not true sizing and ill fitting. Lovely photos on the website but very very overpriced for what you receive. Still awaiting my refund! Contacted customer service twice who werent much help just told me about the wait time. Dont know of any other company who take 20 odd working days to give me a refund when I was extremely unhappy with the product. 45 is a lot of money for a student! Sadly cant say Id ever order again, which is a shame.
