We chose Priory to replace a bedroom window and a patio door and we were very pleased we did. The professional but friendly initial visit, clear advice and pricing and the quality of both the products and workmanship were excellent. The guys that came to do the installation were polite, professional and ensured the minimum of disruption. They cleaned up after brilliantly too. Very pleased with the excellent service, would recommend.

No customer service after installation. Been trying for over 12 months to have some minor issues resolved to no avail. After numerous phone calls and emails I've had no luck. Had to get another company out to rectify even though all the windows where installed in 2021.

Excellent service from start to finish, great installation two great fitters nothing was a bother (Neil and Michael) also the sales man and the owner were great, there was very little mess to tidy. The quality of the windows are out of this world, made our house so warm and quiet and with the current situation with energy prices it will make bills steady and hopefully cheaper.Well done to Priory would recommend them in a heart beat.
