I'm sad to say, this practice is not old people friendly. Regular problems of getting my neighbours prescription for her. She has no Internet, a pay as you go phone. She is 79 years old, some youngster ( by that I mean anyone under 60) has decided all medication should be sorted on line. Makes me wonder how many in this practice who have no Internet because of finances or old age, don't bother to get needed meds because of the hassle this policy has caused. How, many not getting their pain killers or anti depression meds. As I said it's very sad and selfish to assume all are on line.

Doctor dangerously misprescribed meds that arent suitable for asthmatics, receptionist refusing to assist in an emergency for 2 days - including hanging up because it's "reserved for things like a heart attack" (in which case you call 999, not your doctor, so absolute nonesense), and blocking my number. Now having to call 111 to sort my GPs prescription error because docs cba, and so taking the time of a 111 worker that could be better spent on another patient. Latest in a long line of truely appalling service from the reception team over the course of 5 years, who seem to believe they're qualified to determine what an emergency is without hearing what the actual issue is. I recommend travelling the extra distance to register at another surgery, as this one repeatedly refuses to see patients, misprescribes (at your cost), sends letters telling you to book apts then tells you when you call they dont have any etc. I'm registering elswhere asap.

Can't be more flexible than any doctor any day or any time, but still the automated service tells me there is nothing that fits my requirements. Can't speak to a person, am I supposed to just go away and die quietly?

I have been referred to the hospital for specialist consultant by a doctor more than a month ago. I rung both hospital and the clinc a weeks ago, clinc said they has referred me, but the hospital has not got it. I got a referred appointment booking canceled letter from the hospital today. I rung the clinc. The receptionist said the hospital has waited for some information from the Clinc regarding my illness, and no one has give the information to the hospital in result my appointment canceled. So I am going back to the end of long waiting list. NO Happy at all , very bad service!
