I wouldn't even give these 1 star if I had the choice, the reception is terrible regarding doing simply tasks like book an appointment! They fob you off by saying call back the following week for them to say either there is not a diary done yet or there is no appointments, God help someone that is is desperate need whether that be mental health or physical!!

Ok, takes about 2 weeks to get an appointment unless it is an emergency, does have an onsite x-ray department. Does have a triage process, if you have an emergency a doctor will ring you to assess your situation and if required provide an appointment to come in straight away.

Has helped my family with every problem although the waiting room can get full and people who come after you will get served first.

The nurse practitioners are more interested in your family's medical history than your actual symptoms. Just so they can get rid of you without actually doing anything. It also appears that the clinic removes negative reviews...
