They duly ignored this and sent a text to his mam, meaning we only found out about the appointment 10 minutes before and had to rush down to the surgery.
No apologies from reception, just blamed on someone else.
Then had to sit and wait for over 45 minutes after appointment time, without reception speaking to us to explain or oppologise for the sever delay.

Update - went to have my back looked at for suspected sciatica said theyd send me some exercises to help, clicked the link and it directs me to case studies about sciatica no actual exercises on the entire website
Further update - I have been prescribed Montelukast for a skin condition which upon my further research can commonly cause depression, sleep issues and suicidal thoughts. I dont think they checked my medical record before prescribing this as I am currently suffering with depression and sleep paralysis. Maybe this should be made aware to me. I am definitely changing practice, Im always fobbed off when I go here. I went a few years ago for feeling down and the same GP made me feel stupid and to call talking therapies myself and that I could find them on Google. I didnt attend again for a while after that embarrassment. The next time I went I had been suffering with dry itchy ears that had discharge and the same doctor again told me to just rub coconut oil in my ears. I went the same day to the pharmacist and she gave me an ear spray for infections which cured it in less than a week. Very neglectful healthcare here, however I will say the lovely lady that did my first smear test was the best lady in the entire surgery and made me very comfortable. If only her colleagues were as professional.
Update: 6 months after leaving this surgery, my new doctor told me I was deficient in vitamin D which I never found out off the blood tests I was waiting for, instead for some reason they prescribed me medication for B12 at the time, which my new GP said the levels are fine from those tests so not sure why they recommended that. Also they have not even done any intolerance tests which I have been suffering a skin condition for 5 years and unknown cause. New GP was very surprised they didnt check this yet since my skin rashes are body spread and causing me fevers. Just the worst GP and Im still suffering for them being lazy and negligent!!
