I was early for my appointment but didn't have to wait long the receptionist was very nice and helpful

Just to say,,,,,I've experienced,such lovely care, thoughtfulness with all the staff here, Inc receptionist and dr's and nurses, especially the nurses which I've had more dealings with lately,,my mam just passed away recently and I cried in front of the nurse,breaking down and she couldn't have been nicer,,talking t me even though I didn't go in for this reason,,,but she generally listened, sympathized,gave me time and empathy,then organised a telephone appointment with the Dr for afterwards,which then the Dr was also amazingly lovely,,listened and actually knew my mam really well ,,we swapped stories about her,so immensely nice,caring

Erin Curtis is amazing at what she does Soo patient and thorough helped me soo much with my PiP appeal. I cant thank her enough an absolute credit to Throckley Primary Care!!

Always had a fantastic service from Throckley Primary Care. Doctors are extremely caring and very knowledgeable, especially Dr Joughin. Admin staff have been great to me in the past too. Excellent practice!
