        Shocking surgery As I suffer from epilepsy tried to get a appointment and doctor wouldn't see me till 7.3.23 But had a massive fit 6.3.23 So thanks Putting a massive complaint Regarding this surgery

        Trying for over a hour to get in touch with my son burning up and projectile vomiting for the third day. Receptionist wants sacked as line has been busy the whole time

        Tried to call to make emergency appointment then it told me Im 1st in the queue however if the queue was big it would be a whole day to get an appointment as I had to wait 40 mins for a 2/3 minute phone call. When they answered receptionist said 2 seconds Im just going on a tab break??? Absolute joke of a place. I work for government so I will get this place shut down in next executive meeting.

        Call up and they can hear me fine until they ask for name and address then suddenly get told can't hear because of the line then they hang up. I checked my phone line and it's perfectly fine here, must be on their end. No alternative ways to book an appointment.
