        Impossible to book even a consulation, the Dr IQ app that they refer to has no option for emergency consulatitions or any consultations at all, and if you try to call them literally a minute past 7 in the morning, you can wait for almost an hour in a queue just to be told that all consultations are booked and nothing can be done and they cannot help, just try another day..this is disgusting towards patience that suffer from long term illneses and are in pain and need help urgently, just go straight to emergency hospital as these gp are not botheres about their own patience.

        Have been trying to book an appointment for a month. The reception promised to arrange a phone appointment for three times, and I received zero call. My midwives also tried to asked for a prescription for me, yet the gp seems to take no notice.

        After over 40 years at this surgery i have had to move practises because of boudaries! But i will miss all the helpfulness and superb staff and doctors that are there! Nothing is ever a problem for them! Truely amazing people!! Regards David Pattison
