        Having just phoned to order a repeat prescription I was told I cannot do this any longer. I did not know this and need the repeat prescription within two days- why is there a general assumption that everyone wants to do everything online- I have access to the computer but do not want everything on there. Surely the service needs to be usable by those who need It!
