Might be over exaggerating but not very happy as I bought a lucozade for 99p and gave the lady over 1 in change, not sure how much exactly but I knew it was over 1 and she didnt even give me any change back, how cheeky tho!! I just think it is extremely rude as she should be giving me my change back not keeping it!!! Just think it is rude tbh. Just imagine that was my last money and she just decides to not give me it back, I shouldnt even have to ask for change back, fair enough if I told her to keep the change but I never and thats the rudest thing about it
