I purchased 2 items for my partners birthday but only one arrived so when I emailed them to ask where my other item was they replied and asked if the LED light was missing, so they obviously knew that wasn't sent out? I've emailed 3 times this week and haven't had a reply or a refund for my order. If I'm not going to get a response after purchasing something that I didn't receive then my rating is 1 which is unfortunate because the order I did receive was actually really nice even though it's pricy for an A4 picture with a frame. I would have put this review on the website but it won't let me.

I've had the most horrible experience with Happy Little Home. I ordered a couple items for a special event, after I saw a few positive reviews online. I ordered, back in the summer of 2020 - it's February 2021, and not only have the items never been dispatched, but the "customer services" (which is just the owner of this company, Rob) stopped responding to my emails once he realised it was time to refund me. After several emails sent in the last eight (!!!) months, several messages on all their social media accounts, I've had to seek legal advice ahead of seeking legal action, which is apparently the only way I'll be able to get my money back since the guy behind this company refuses to issue refunds for items he chooses not to send. Absolutely appalling.
