I've been waiting for appt since Sept 2022 and appt was for beginning of May this was for lost filling and check up. Just been called to say appt cancelled as dentist is leaving. No further appt can be given as don't have a new NHS dentist in place. I was also due to be fitted for bridge following emergency extraction in January. I'm gutted as feel I've waited since September for nothing. I also fear my tooth with missing filling will be lost as its been out for so long. I also have a fear of dentist and the lady I've been seeing was brilliant

Actually, I don't like to complain, but it's really frustrating. I've been coming to you for almost 13 and 14 years and the stress you're going through this past time is not pleasant at all. I have called my dentist in Wallsend several times and you say I have been on the waiting list since 2019 and have not registered. Then covid19 happened and I was not informed about the registration. Also, no importance was given to dental health because it was covid19. Dental health should not be so regressive. Also, I am trying to make an appointment because my tooth filling fell out in October 2022, but you say you can make an appointment if it is private, but if not, you say there is no dentist from outside the NHS. You told me to call the emergency room if there was a painful abscess. And right now I'm still on the waiting list, I was able to make an appointment with my kids, you told them they don't need a specialist. It's a huge disappointment. Yes, I will make an appointment in private now, the dental filling fee is 90 I think I need 3 dental fillings, I will also pay for the check. What you did in 2011 for my already falling tooth filling.
