        Been asking these to help with neighbours for 4 years now. Nothing gets done at all. They still havent repaired stuff from When I first moved in 9 years ago

        Contacted council over bees nest in roof next to bedroom window bees getting in all the time ther response we don't deal with bees wait till August when hey disappear or pay for some one to remove them yourself can't go in garden or put washing out Totally disgusting

        Very unhelpful especially towards elderly tenants that have no access to computers or know how to use one. No empathy and zero intention of any face to face help. Busy they may be but they shouldn't put that above their duty to look after the tenants keeping them in a job. Learn to care more.
