There are hardly any staff manning the normal tills, 3 staff today, it took 20 minutes waiting before we could start unloading our trolley!
I feel sorry for the staff who are doing their best, still with a smile and cheery greeting for customers. They deserve better from their employers
Tesco needs to get a grip NO-ONE wants the trolley self service!
