Was put in touch with this company through the government's green homes grant scheme. I was replacing two external doors under the scheme, and initially All went well. Doors were selected, and allegedly ordered and a time scale of 5 to 6 weeks was discussed as to when the doors would be ready for fitting. Its now 3 months since then and nothing. But when I say nothing, I mean NOTHING. they don't answer calls, so I leave voice mail after voice mail, still nothing, I message directly through there site, nothing. And then I email the company and...... you guessed it, NOTHING. I wouldnt mind, but this is a time sensitive job as the scheme only runs for a set duration and the deadline is fast approaching. But at this moment in time in getting nowhere. Hopefully this feedback will be able to be corrected if the company eventually come good with the service I was promised.
