We had such a positive experience from start to finish on our loft conversion project. Communication from Dave and Jake was quick and always helpful, the team who carried out the job were all friendly and reliable, and we felt very confident throughout the experience. The room was finished to a very high standard, and it's clear the team take a lot of pride in doing a good job and providing a good service. Would definitely recommend!

We have recently had a loft conversion completed by Attic. Jake, Dave and the team have been excellent throughout the whole process. They took care of everything, including the design, planning and associated permissions. Their knowledge and experience showed through in the way they helped us decide on options for the build, providing great suggestions while remaining flexible throughout. They have always been available to answer questions and explain what was happening with the build. Nothing was too much hassle and even our late changes to detail were accommodated with no fuss. Jake, Dave and the team are very professional and always courteous. It was no problem having them in the house during the project. The work was completed ahead of schedule and is of a really excellent standard we are so pleased we chose Attic to do our project and would recommend them without reservation.

Attic has just finished transforming our loft space into two bedrooms and a bathroom and we are absolutely delighted with their work. From our first meeting, Dave and Jake took the time to understand what we wanted to get from the space and how we would be using it. Providing ideas and guidance on how to maximise the loft's potential without ever being pushy or forceful. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They kept the design fluid so we could make a decision on the number and size of rooms once the floor was down. Which for us was incredibly helpful. Communication was superb throughout. We always knew what was happening, where we were in regard to the schedule and what would be happening next. Every member of the team was polite, friendly and professional. They worked hard to keep disruption to a minimum and did a great job cleaning up! The quality of workmanship and attention to detail is superb. Its clear every member of the team takes great pride in what they do and they want the end result to be perfect. I highly recommend Attic.

We had our loft converted by Attic NE during the summer of 2022. I cannot speak highly enough of Jake, Dave and the team. From the outset they were approachable flexible and attentive to what our needs were, offering advice where needed but also listening to what we wanted to gain from the space so we all knew what the final product would look like. We were able to work flexibly with them as the project moved forwards and they were always onsite and easy to get hold of. They would inform us if they were going to be late or have to be elsewhere so we always knew where we stood. The workmanship of the job is of the highest standard and we are absolutely over the moon with the final room and ensuite. The highest compliment I can give them is that at no time during the project did me and my family feel uncomfortable. It was a huge undertaking but we were able to get on with our day to day business and feel comfortable in our home. Without doubt the best construction company I have ever dealt with and would happily recommend again and again.

From start to finish these guys were nothing short of fantastic. Turned up everyday at 8am and grafted right through. Professional throughout the project and kept me continuously in the loop of next phases etc. The finished job is immaculate and Im absolutely over the moon with the loft conversion attic did. Cleaned as they went and even Swept up after the skip had been removed. If youre needing someone for your buildings work then honestly dont look any further. Price quoted was price at the end of the project and snagging list was picked up and sorted within a day. Not one single negative point can I mention which speaks for itself. Thanks to all the guys for their thorough, professional work that will enhance my family life immensely
