Took iPhone 7 in for a replacement screen which I had shattered, also had an issue with the charging Port repaired. All now working great and appears to have done a very good job! From calling the shop and speaking with the guy, to dropping phone off and collecting once repaired, 90 mins, can't ask for much better than that. Nice friendly service and reasonably priced. Would recommend to Friends & Family and will use again myself!

My Mac had slowed and needed a clean, so I took it here rather than do it myself. A few hours later I picked it up. The factory settings had been restored (without my consent, there was no call to make sure I had a backup) and the latest version of iOS installed. I could have done that myself but had decided not to, knowing it would wipe out my Microsoft Office apps. It also wiped out all my keychain passwords which resulted in a huge problem as auto login failures led to server blocking. Two weeks later I still cant access emails. I was charged 100. Cash only. No receipt.

Really helpful, knowledgeable service. Explained all repair options for 2 different laptops and made sure I understood the different things that could be done. Speedy service, less than 24 hours to repair both and demo'd how they had been reset and were working before letting me leave the store. Would definitely recommend and use again if I ever needed.
