Very happy with Monkseaton Computers. I brought in a gaming laptop for a screen repair. I'm clueless with these things but felt very at ease here. It was fixed and ready to collect in no time. Will definitely use in future if needed.

Known these guys like forever and would not recommend going anywhere else if you need PC help, this is the place, and if you need someone to come out, they've got an awesome contact (Me!). Good prices, and they will bend over backwards to help you as much as they can...I always buy my stuff through these fellows unless it's a last minute thing and I'm completely and stupidly desperate to go elsewhere. I'm not just saying the above because I help, I'm saying it because these are the ONLY guys I chose to help.

Owen helped spectacularly in arranging a new PC for my elderly partially sighted parent. He rapidly came up with a good spec, got the parts and put the PC together in time for me to set it up before I had to leave. Owen is polite, supportive and well informed and I would feel confident and comfortable to buy from him yet again, as we have used him in the past. The shop is clean and also offers refurbished item for those less able to get a new PC. Excellent service!

The guy who runs this shop is a saviour, he diagnosed my issue for free and I bought a very cheap Kingston 32gb as well. As soon as I got home I followed his instructions, and boom, fixed.
