        Doug was nothing short of fantastic! Step daughter totalled my laptop screen. Rather than fork out 690 to replace the laptop took it to Doug who sourced and replaced the screen quickly and with no fuss at all, thoroughly recommend 5 stars!

        I've used Doug for a number of years without a problem However, I had the temerity to question the last invoice and he suggested, a couple of months later when the same problem occurred, that I find somebody else. It didn't seem to matter that his fix had only lasted 3 months. There was no guarantee, nothing like it. Anyway, I have gone elsewhere.
