Highly recommend Harrisons IT for any IT service that is needed. John solved our wifi blackout in our extension that we have had issues with for quite some time now. Finally full signal and no more drop outs. Couldn't recommend John enough, very professional and solved the issue within a hour the work was very tidy and looks great.

We wanted a high speed internet connection in our summer house situated at the bottom of the garden. But.... we didnt want the ethernet cable to be an eyesore, running from the main hub, through multiple rooms and across the garden. John found and delivered the solution we were looking for. I'd happily recommend his expertise and services.

John was brilliant in advising us on what gear to get and then in getting our home network and new storage device up and running. Telephone backup as well. And great fun to. Highly recommended.

Struggled with home wifi set up for years with a patchy network largely down to the brick internal walls in our 1950s house. John from Harrison IT visited to assess the problem and came up with a proposal that incorporated hard-wiring to some rooms to support for example gaming and zoom meetings and some kit that would hopefully provide better wifi at the back of the house and upstairs. Covid delayed the project for a few weeks but John kept us informed of developments and booked us in as quickly as he could, attending on a Saturday to conclude the work. On the day, John explained what he was doing and why and encouraged my involvement with the work which has greatly improved my understanding of our new network which is working well. John took care with the installation and was thoughtful about how the work was carried out, minimising hole drilling and discreetly running cables. All the network equipment was tested in advance of installation as were the cables, so the network was fully functioning at the end of a long day and the project objectives have been fully achieved. The cost of the job was very reasonable and John didn't penny pinch ensuring that there was sufficient cable to allow for future equipment movement and providing a number of miscellaneous items without charge. It is reassuring that John is available at the end of a phone to assist with any queries and should we need to develop the network further in the future, I will have no hesitation to contact Harrison IT.
