Covid delayed the project for a few weeks but John kept us informed of developments and booked us in as quickly as he could, attending on a Saturday to conclude the work. On the day, John explained what he was doing and why and encouraged my involvement with the work which has greatly improved my understanding of our new network which is working well. John took care with the installation and was thoughtful about how the work was carried out, minimising hole drilling and discreetly running cables. All the network equipment was tested in advance of installation as were the cables, so the network was fully functioning at the end of a long day and the project objectives have been fully achieved.
The cost of the job was very reasonable and John didn't penny pinch ensuring that there was sufficient cable to allow for future equipment movement and providing a number of miscellaneous items without charge. It is reassuring that John is available at the end of a phone to assist with any queries and should we need to develop the network further in the future, I will have no hesitation to contact Harrison IT.
