Regrettably I found the service for the repair to my Karcher domestic pressure water cleaner poor. I left it with them and found after two weeks that they were no further forward with looking at it to find out what repair was required. I was then told that commercial and industrial repairs always took precedence over domestic repairs and it could be up to six weeks before it was looked at. I was not told that at the outset and if I had known that I would not have left it with them in the first place. When picking it up, to take it to another repairer, the person who was dealing with me didn't know where the machine was in their Workshop and I had to look around to point it out to the person myself. They seem to have a poor repair management system and a poor way of dealing with customers. Having stated all that they may well know what they're doing when they get around to doing the repair. For repairs to domestic machines I would recommend you go elsewhere!

One of the best companies ive dealt with. knowledge of their machines are second to none and the service is brilliant. no need to ever go elsewhere....
