        I have tired 2 ring them number off times they don't answer there phones they should have text phones so people can get in touch with them and the waiting on line on phone is redicolas does anyone pick up phones in cizzens advice ! They need have call back service on phones ! But when u see them they are good l am waiting hear from northshileds branch that's over a year now l give up now ! I give up now no point off going cizzens ! I know they are busy sometimes over loaded but l am still waiting for northshileds branch contact me again been well over year its redicolas now l have lost faith in them ! That's per cent fact!

        These people are over worked and because of the situation of people these days you wait on the phone for hours its a shame as they can help you only if you could get in touch with them

Be it energy companies, family issues, general information dont be afraid to ask. Phone or drop in you will get an answer and a clear direction they are the good guys wanting to help any citizen needing their help!!
