Suffering aches pains in my back I went to AJB Chiropractic and after several sessions I feel 10 years younger no aches anymore I highly recommend AJB Chiropractic fantastic service .

I found this company on google and expected to pay 60 for the initial consultation as advertised. To my surprise I received an invoice for 85. I called to explain this service is being advertised at 60 so thats what Im happy to pay. The woman I spoke to is the co owner and was very dismissive of the issue and straight away said she would refund me my deposit back if I email her to request this. She got quite confrontational and hung up on me. So i rang back to be told I was me who ended the call not her. She did not want to resolve the issue for the sake of 25 which I highly doubt is anything to them and told me to either pay the price or go elsewhere. I think it was a very silly business move as I would have spent a lot of money with that company but Id rather use my old practice as their customer service is exceptional. (Naturally chiropractic) in Tynemouth. Very professional, friendly welcoming staff who charge a bit less than this company and do a fantastic job. Id rather travel a little longer than join a company that obviously do not care about their customers. I havent had the chance to comment on their treatment however customer care is the most important part to someones experience.

I have suffered with severe back pain consistently since 2015, following a serious horse riding accident. The incident resulted in a slipped disc as well as a bruised coccyx, both of which can cause a substantial amount of pain. I have visited various consultants and surgeons, none of which could create an adequate solution to my back problems. Ive undergone many treatments and procedures over the years, however, nothing has made any improvement to my condition. That was all until I visited AJB CHIROPRACTIC After just one consultation, Aaron was able to identify a number of secondary issues caused by the slipped disc, all contributing to my deteriorating condition. Following a few initial adjustments I was able to note a substantial improvement in not only my physical pain, but also my overall well-being. I have now been visiting the team for about a month and can see major improvements to my health as a whole, Ive even noticed some of my pain has been completely removed! I cant recommend them enough!! i want to say a massive thank you to Aaron, Tracy and Janine for everything theyve done to help, you guys are the absolute best!

I injured my back at work and tried everything possible with no luck. I made an appointment with AJB and after the 1st session of treatment I was feeling a lot better, I'm still having treatment and now I feel like I'm finally on the mend.
