Alan produced a detailed report for my level 3 survey and was happy to arrange a phone chat at my request to discuss some of the findings, and to answer my questions. Melissa, the secretary, was very helpful in arranging the survey and sorting out the admin side of things. The survey fee was reasonable compared to other local surveyors. Unfortunately, the survey was conducted one week later than the scheduled date due to an access issue, but I was not informed of this until I prompted for an update because I hadn't heard anything and was concerned. I was disappointed in this lapse in communication; as a first time buyer, and with the anxieties that can come with it, I felt like this added unnecessary stress to the process. The final report was then delivered two days later than the revised date I was given.

Very helpful team, rapidly responded to enquiry and then booked a level 3 RICS survey visit a few days later. Twice Alan the surveyor was happy to talk to me on the phone to discuss the results. Very efficient writing up of the report too. I would strongly recommend to anyone who wants a professional and quick service.

We used Mr Walton for a level three survey. He was very nice and approachable, replying to our questions actively, which is really helpful. Ms Jones as the assistant is very nice as well. We recommend Mr Walton s service!

Mellissa was incredibly helpful and friendly. The level 3 report Alan produced was thorough and he made sure I knew he was happy to give phone help with further questions about the report. Professional, accessible service at a very reasonable price point. No complaints. Highly recommend.
