We contacted Alan in regards to worrying signs of cracks in our walls and ceilings. Alan was prompt with his visit and was polite and professional throughout. Alan made a thorough inspection of our property and was clear with his explanations in laymans terms. Following the inspection Alan sent us a comprehensive report and listed recommendations for us. Alan really put our minds at ease. We would highly recommend Alan.

I called Alan as I was concerned about cracking in my 1930s semi detached house. He attended on the time we arranged and was polite, friendly and easy to deal with from the outset. Alan spent time inspecting the areas of concern, and provide my wife and I with reassurance that this was not a significant issue and was what could be expected in a property such as ours. He advised us to get our walk ties checked and did not charge any money as a survey was not required. This man is an honest and professional operator who could easily have charged us for a survey. It is reassuring to know that people like Alan are out there, and I would highly recommend him
