I would highly recommend the services of AMC Surveyors. I used them recently for a Level 2 Survey on an older property I was looking to purchase. The report that I received was a lot more thorough than I was expecting, with photos and recommendations to investigate further. Aidan also provided a list of potential tradespeople to provide an estimate which was extremely useful. Thank you for your support, your work certainly allowed me to make an informed decision.

Aidan and Christina are both brilliant. Christina was super communicative in getting booked in and offered some flexibility to us as we werent 100% our purchase would be going through. Aidan completed the survey and was absolutely fantastic. He called after doing the survey with the top level info then turned the report around in a short period. I sent him a few messages to clarify a few points and he was always quick to respond and really helpful. Very professional and a high quality service provided. Thank you.
