        They ignore all communication even though they registered themselves as my accountant within minutes of receiving my tax code. They have a hired phone service to make themselves look bigger and more professional, but nothing is further from the truth. I have never engaged with such an unprofessional company in my life. They refuse to answer calls and emails. They have caused untold stress and misery on my part. Anther company found out about this and did my return for free they were so appalled and quite frankly embarrassed these people call themselves chartered at all. Please please don't use this company it was my worst business decision of 20 years.
