Absolutely brilliant service and everyone was so good to me, ended up getting my car earlier as I was going away and it was sorted so quick! Love the car and after a 800 mile round trip the car is still spot on.

Couldn't fault from start to finish. Allowed me all the time I needed to decide. Answered all my questions and were always quick to respond. Car was delivered today, previous MOT advisories all fixed, even one cosmetic issue was fixed no problem without me needing to ask for it to be. Free delivery. Dealt with Zak who wasn't a pushy salesman at all. Car was even dropped off with a little hamper of chocolates and prosecco. Bonus of free MOT'S if I take it back to them is a huge help.

Bought a 66 plate vw scirocco from northumbria motors the lads who handed the car over were brilliant however. When i viewed the car quite abit of work needed doing before i would accept the car which they did do. As soon as i picked the car up i noticed the oil temperature needle did not move which i told the dealership about and did not get the phone call back to fix the issue (bad temp sensor) another thing when i viewed the car a smart repair was done on the bumper and around a month later the bumper is in a awful state with paint peeling and the paint work feeling like sand paper. I did reach out to the garage about this issue and got told i would get a call back and ive heard nothing, my only guess is that they are trying to avoid fixing it. Abit disappointed with the experience
