Absolutely pathetic company, disgusted and will never take my business to these while I am still breathing. First of all I used their stockton branch to place the order and when I get back to my vehicle I checked the order to find after ordering everything in white I was shocked to see that the down pipe was black, then when my delivery turned up and I started on the roof, the ninety degree elbows were forty five degrees, so after i then travel over to my nearest branch in BOLDON to change the mistake They made, was told that they would not exchange because it was another branches stock. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE DISGUSTING, NEVER HAVE I BEEN SO ANNOYED, FUMING. WORST BUILDING EXPERIENCE EVER.
