        Thoroughly professional and timely performance which enabled us to achieve the sale of our property within a tight schedule. We used James Cullen who facilitated the use of other professionals and trades to accomplish necessary remedial works. I think it is fair to say we would not have succeeded without James' input for which I will always be grateful.
