Andy is an amazing boxing coach who has given up a lot of time and effort on me to help me progress my boxing game from the physical aspect but also the mental side, learning to overcome mental barriers and how to engage my mind in boxing. I couldnt recommend him more if youre just starting out in boxing or are a more experienced boxer, theres always something new you can learn.

I highly recommend seeking Andys help if you are serious about learning how to box. From next to no boxing experience, within a matter of sessions Andy has gave me a solid foundation of the physical and mental aspects of boxing. The training is tough but, Andy always knows the right amount of pressure he needs to apply to bring out the best in his class. I cant thank Andy and his team enough. Sam
